These terms govern use of the MyTempSMS website, applications, public number pages, account features, payments, and subscriptions. They prohibit unlawful activity, fraud, spam, automated bulk accounts, harassment, and attempts to bypass third-party rules.

Welcome to MyTempSMS.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms apply to all versions of the MyTempSMS service, including:

  • iOS mobile application (Apple App Store)
  • Android mobile application (Google Play Store)
  • Web version (browser)

By using any version of MyTempSMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MyTempSMS provides temporary and long-term virtual phone numbers that allow users to receive SMS messages for verification, registration, and online services. The service is designed to help protect your privacy by keeping your personal number private.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Spam, abusive messaging, or harassment
  • Automated bulk accounts or bypassing authentication systems
  • Any activity prohibited by applicable law or third-party platforms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Virtual Numbers and SMS Delivery

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • SMS delivery is not guaranteed
  • Some websites may block virtual numbers
  • Numbers expire after the rental or subscription period ends
  • SMS messages may pass through telecommunication providers for delivery

We are not responsible for undelivered SMS caused by third-party carriers or service blocks.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for MyTempSMS services depend on the platform:

iOS (Apple App Store)

All purchases must be completed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP).

Android (Google Play)

All purchases must be completed through Google Play Billing.

Web

Payments may be processed through Stripe or other authorized processors.

We do not store or process credit card information ourselves.

5. Tokens, Coins, and Redeemable Items

Tokens (Paid Currency)

Tokens may be purchased via Apple IAP, Google Play Billing, or Stripe (web). Tokens can be used to redeem paid virtual numbers or SMS services. All token purchases are final.

Coins (Reward Currency)

Coins are earned only by watching rewarded ads. Coins cannot be purchased with money. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Redeemable Content

Certain numbers may be redeemed with Tokens or Coins depending on their type.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

MyTempSMS offers subscription-based services that renew automatically unless canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

  • Payment is charged to your platform account at confirmation
  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription in your platform account settings (Apple ID, Google Play, or Web billing portal)

Subscription Usage Policy (Non-Refund Condition)

A subscription is considered used once any benefit has been consumed. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • A subscribed virtual number successfully receiving an SMS
  • Premium ad-free experience being activated
  • Premium free redemption of token numbers or coin numbers

Once any subscription benefit is used, the service becomes non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may still cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Premium Subscription Benefits

A Premium Subscription may include:

  • Removal of advertisements
  • Ability to redeem certain token numbers at no additional cost
  • Ability to redeem certain coin numbers at no additional cost
  • Access to additional premium features as introduced

Premium benefits remain active only while the subscription is active. Once used, the subscription is considered consumed for the billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases must be handled through the platform used:

We do not issue direct refunds for subscription or token purchases.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or SMS delivery success. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party failures.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

MyTempSMS is provided “as is” with no warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Failed SMS delivery
  • Service interruptions
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 30 days.
